1. 2 PIECE HALF BATH
Labor and material to frame bathroom, including sheetrock, tape, spackle, finish and base trim. Install Sewer Ejector, Vent Pipe & all rough plumbing, Labor only to install owner supplied toilet, sink and faucet for sink.
2. 3 PIECE FULL BATH
Supply & Install all plumbing for new bathroom including sewer ejector, vent pipe, and all rough plumbing. Labor and material to frame bathroom, build shower curb, frame shower for tile shower walls and floor. Includes sheetrock, tape, spackle, finish and base trim for walls. (Does not include labor or tile for shower walls, or shower floor.) Labor only to install owner supplied standard toilet, sink and faucet. Furniture type of vanities will require additional cost.

Does not include shower door, labor to install owner supplied shower door. (As a courtesy we will install standard bathroom accessories. these items must be on site during the punch list. If an additional trip is required additional charges will be applied to the contract.) Moen chrome shower head and diverter are included in the shower. Any other finish requested by customer will have to be supplied by customer. Please be advised we use all Moen products for rough plumbing. If you are supplying your own fixtures you need to make sure that they are Moen products. If any other name brand is used, homeowner needs to let plumbing know during on site consultation for rough plumbing.
3. 2 PIECE/3 PIECE BATH ELECTRIC
(1) GFI, (1) Wiring for Vanity Light (light not included), (1) Switch & Power to ejector pump
4. CUSTOM 4′ VANITY
Labor and material to build 4′ custom bathroom vanity. Countertop, sink, faucet, hardware and painting/staining not included.
5. SHOWER BENCH SEAT
Labor to frame shower bench seat (tile showers only). Does not include tile, marble, or granite top.
